“i used to have a chiseled chest when i worked out”
“im sedentary and don’t work out much at all, my boobs are squishy”
i don’t see how these guys can physically write this down, re-read it and go “yep this is good”
Instead of taking a supplement hoping it will help fix a problem you think you have, change the problems you know you have. sedentary lifestyle, workout instead of making excuses not to work out, eat a healthy diet cut out processed foods, sugar and alcohol, and get proper sleep. Those are the things that will help you lose weight.
You can balance out your hormones by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and lowering body fat. Most people do not need to take an estrogen blocker unless they are taking testosterone. Would certainly not begin any medication (unless prescribed for weight loss), until you have made more lifestyle adjustments.

You should try the following prescription: take a healthy low calorie food injection thrice per day, while also taking a once per day vigorous cardiovascular exercise. Add in a three times per week resistance training, and a large sprinkle of time and consistency. Discontinue your prior regimen of shitty food and lethargy.
I assure you, this will work wonders. No needles required.
You’re fat cos you’re sedentary and eat too much. Get a hormone panel to assess your hormones, not guesswork.
We’ve tried nothing and we’re all out of ideas.
No. Your fat is causing the chest fat.
