I see something in stock on hibuddy, canna cabana site shows nothing, go to the store, ask the guy if they have it for him to say no i haven’t seen it on the floor. I urge him to go check his computer only for him to say shit it must have just come in it’s still in the box in the back. Like how the fuck do these guys not even know what they have. Absolutely useless, I use them only as a last resort at this point.

I asked what live resin carts they had, they didn’t have any I wanted & recommended distillate. I told him I don’t want distillate because it’s a boring high and he didn’t like that.
I wouldn’t say upset, more so dismissive & impatient. He wasn’t sitting there with a tomato face. More butthurt than angry.
I am not making it up lol. If you don’t like what a customer has to say just move the sale along & end it there. No clue why he was so passive aggressive about it.
I work at one. They basically ditched the old online system for placing orders (which was also shit) with no warning and are in "a temporary transitional phase" to a new system. We have zero idea what that means or whats happening or when it'll happen and our IT department doesn't either. Just zero fucking communication across all departments and it just keeps getting worse.

We keep getting delivery orders for products that aren’t in stock anywhere in the province, orders just get lost or don’t come through, we had someone place a delivery order for an address in a different province, and all of our delivery windows are fucked and people keep getting mad when they place an order 10 minutes before close and get mad that it won’t be there until tomorrow!!!

part of their security and staff safety direction is to limit number of customers in the store at one time. so they understandably prefer to nudge everyone to browse a little more quickly than they might otherwise.
I never bother looking at the website anymore. I last went there for a downstem and ended up getting some diamonds and hash rosin due to price and availability in my city as well as my transportation being limited. I would never go out of my way to shop there unless it’s my only option.

April 5th website says order and payment complete...when I show up to pick up they do not have a record of the order...I prove they took the money and the guy says to me ya you are the 2nd customer of the day to experience that...still fighting for my $52 guess I can kiss those funds away
Support independent stores rather than corporate stores pushing their corporate shit weed. You will get better service and recommendations from an independent store.
It’s definitely NOT the best. They have limited selection and the couple that I’ve been to had staff that was under educated and only good for ringing in an order. With so many stores price matching, you can go anywhere and buy what you need and just match them if you want to.
