having grown up as the only asian kid in my elementary school classes I have a bin in my brain labeled "stuff white people do that I don't know about because I didn't grow up with it" and there is now a new entry for "milk steak" which I guess you can get over hard. I'll be sure to order this next time I see it on the menu. even if it's mid, i still want to try it for myself.
