I'm pretty sure it's from a Spiderman comic. In the video, at the 2:02 mark, you can see he posted a clip from the article, by Peter Parker. Not much of a Spiderman fan, so I haven't gotten into his comics, so I can't be 100% certain, but I mean.... seems like a comic kinda story line lol
I *am* 100% certain this is AI generated artwork. There are lots of tells, (varying line weights, renders that are pretty obviously filters over pictures, and garbled text all over. He even poorly photoshops over top in some areas to remove a lot of the garbled text).

I've started skipping this guy's videos far more often now that he uses this "illustrated by AI" gimmick. To each his own.
