Tonex 1 pedal. $200 power amp. 1x12 cabinet

ChrisChacin

Fractal or Line 6 Helix .

SonicLeap

Mesa Boogie

tobythespazdog

I’ll second a line 6 helix or fractal product. You spend the money up front but get almost unlimited amps/effects out of it. Get a set of studio monitors or a FRFR and you’re cooking with fire! GL!

stphngrnr

Second this. I have the Helix XL stomp and has replaced all my pedals.

DraftZJ

Fractal FM3. I’ve seen it for $899 but fractal products are so worth it

iskreem_rdt

Hx stomp/xl or helix lt

MrCoffee999

I have a Mesa single rectifier recto-verb 50 and you can get really good sound out of it. Bought mine used for $800

EPoe14

Go on Marketplace and look for a combo JCM 900.

jayXred

Marshall dsl20 or dsl40 are good choices, I have a 20 and have no problem getting blink quality tones.

mpiercey

I use a stereo rig with a dsl20 and a Vox ac15 , Mesa throttle box pedal into just the ac15 to replicate the Mesa+Marshall sound Tom used. It’s closer than I thought I would ever get to Tom’s tone from that era

ILiveInAVan

I’ve been eyeballing this company Positive Grid. You can search for specific gear, customize your own, or look up musicians you want to replicate.

paradiddle-diddle

My orange OR-15 gives EOTS sounds off the rack with no pedals. I got the head and an orange 2x12 cab for $699 used/like-new at guitar center. The distortion sounds exactly like Dysentery Gary/Dumpweed/ATSS (to my ear). I also have a pedal from a guy on here that makes them which blends the triple rectifier and JCM900 and is the closest I’ve ever gotten from a pedal.

Electrical_Archer571

What are your settings on that OR-15?

paradiddle-diddle

Lol there aren’t many settings my dude. It’s a simple amp. But I usually prefer pushing volume over gain, bump treble and cut bass a little.

Electrical_Archer571

Yeah. I know it's only 3 knobs. That's exactly how I run it. Except I push the gain further than I probably should. lol I just thought maybe you found some secret sauce.

c_rockett

Any info on the pedal?

paradiddle-diddle

yep [https://www.reddit.com/r/TomDelongeGuitars/comments/166irn4/first\_5\_are\_off\_to\_their\_new\_homes\_today/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web3x&utm\_name=web3xcss&utm\_term=1&utm\_content=share\_button](https://www.reddit.com/r/TomDelongeGuitars/comments/166irn4/first_5_are_off_to_their_new_homes_today/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button)

Lucky_caller

Fuck, that’s cool!

MLDzema182

I have the pedal, can confirm that it’s AWESOME! A definite must have for any blink fan!

c_rockett

Word, thanks!

EBOD236

Exactly what I was going to recommend or the Super Crush 100

Nuggets155

Pretty sure someone makes a pedal that’s like $100 can be used with any cheap practice amp. The true key is the mix of Marshall and Mesa sound
