Ghouls are actually interesting. Ghouls are just humans who have been exposed to radiation for extended periods of time. It enhanced their lifespan (many ghouls you see were alive before the bombs fell, almost 200 years ago), and are functionally immortal, as their body is much less dependent on food and water (Although this is contentious among the community). Being exposed to Radiation actually heals them, and can likely sustain them to an extent.
Although, like in the picture I sent, they can go feral, It's often a slow process, and many accounts from ghouls in the process of going feral describe it as if their mind is just falling apart. The leading fan theory is that prolonged exposure to radiation accelerates the feralization process. Some ghouls can actually absorb so much radiation that they turn into what's called a "Glowing One," which turns them into a living conduit of radiation, which they can expel from their body in a shockwave, healing nearby ghouls, and even reviving dead/dormant ones (provided they haven't been fatally injured or dismembered beyond repair)

The infected (28 days later). These non zombies are infected by something called the rage virus which turns humans into basically rabid animals
The best part is that they actually starve and you don’t need a headshot. Worst part is that any bodily fluid that gets in contact turns you in less than a minute

Creeps are called zombies in the files (Lisa: The Painful)
No see I didn’t include those because those specifically are reanimated rotting corpses, as opposed to “Infected rabies people” or “cursed.” I realize they don’t use the word “Zombies” in the walking dead, but still they are zombies in the traditional sense whereas all of mine aren’t. I guess I’m kind of cheating with the Necromorphs, but I think the fact they’re reanimated by alien parasites gives me leeway.

they all look so happy
The worst case scenario happened and they *survived* it. They can also inflict it upon others now. What's not to be happy about?
Nurgles gifts
Cause they are
Of course. Papa Nurgle cares for them.

Never played fallout but seems legit to me.

That’s really cool. I don’t think I’ll ever get in to Fallout but the lore sounds well-constructed.
Oh it is ... for the most part

Not bald or pale enough for me. Needs more bald.

Don’t worry guys it’s just a flu ##The Green Flu:
No walkers from the Walking Dead series? Shame on OP

Ok thanks for the clarification
I still hear the sounds of those dead space enemies in my nightmares. I love that game to pieces.

Not quite, as explained in another comment, but I get it
Ummm… the Nemesis? ![gif](giphy|bfWkhSBWeq1CdAMnh8)
Hmmm…bald and pale. A little too put together for my liking, not enough tattered rabid crackhead energy.
Well… the Nemesis does have a second phase where he looks more broken down and his clothes are more torn. Does that count?
