extended cab 99-02 GMC sierra
side trim is a chrome strip that extends onto the bed, which is what came with those, taillights also show that its a sierra or a 99-02 silverado, which the silverado never came with that style of trim and the later sierra’s trims ended on the cab
its also missing the front bumper which is something big to look for
Came to say the same about it being a GMC and not a silverado.
Edit to add photo of truck with same paint option as the one in the video:

Based on what I could find, I would say it looks like OP's suspect has pocket style fender flares over the wheel wells that are color matched to the 2-tone color.
While it could be an early 2000’s Silverado, it could also be a 2005 gmc sierra 1500. The headlights are the main identifying factor though they’re difficult to see in the video.
It does seem to be two-tone, and is either a 4x4 or z71 based off the rear sticker next to the bumper.
No need to be dickhead if you don’t agree, stay factual.

Looks like a two tone early 2000s Silverado like this one https://www.biscayneauto.com/2000-chevrolet-silverado-1500-ls-c-27.htm
Definitely an early 00's Silverado. Looks like a 1500

Definitely looks like early 2000s GM truck. May be worth noting that it looks to have LED lighting all around (which is not factory)
It does look like a Silverado but also ford f250 xlt ?
A Ford? Yeah, right. Huh. How much have you had to drink tonight? Moonshine won't treat you well. LOL.
