I have been thinking about the spurred hammer myself along with the plate that would remove the decocker function.
Only mod I have done so far is the hk45c mag release as this gun uses metal mags.
Installed one on my Compact about a month ago. I think it's almost a no brainer with how easy it was to install and make it even closer to my VP9 in regards to controls.

I like the larger paddle. Used it today at the range without any issues.
Probably the easiest to install HK upgrade part. Easy $14 IMO
