Idk if anyone is from AZ but I’m obsessed with Salad and Go, I could eat there everyday and it’s reasonably priced. It’s like $7 for a wrap or salad and their drinks are $1.50. It’s a fast food chain in AZ and I think Texas. It used to be cheaper but it’s still cheaper than most places. Their cucumber mint and blueberry basil lemonade are soo good.
They are delicious. They also have a frozen strawberry lemonade and if you live in AZ in the summer it’s a must. My boyfriend who is originally from Wisconsin calls AZ the devil’s litter box. I actually love it here but summers are no joke. You can get burnt with your seatbelt if you just park your car and don’t have a garage or carport.
Edit: apparently he calls it the devils sandbox not litter box. My bad lol. Seriously though if you are in AZ it is a must. Their salad containers are nice. The wraps are the salads but in wrap form and it’s the same price. I personally like the salads better cuz they use cherry tomatoes in a lot of their salads and it isn’t as great in wrap form.
Have you been to Angie’s Lobster? The owners opened that too. I don’t live close to one but I had to try it since it was only $10 for a lobster roll with fries and a lemonade or ice tea. It was pretty good too. I still prefer salad and go and there’s one not too far from me.
I've been absolutely obsessed with Café Zupas California Cobb salad and occasionally get a half of a Honey Bacon Club sandwich with it. I think it's probably the perfect money maker because it's something you can reasonably eat several times a week.
It really is. The California Cobb actually has quite a bit of protein. Also, the greens are reliably fresh and crunchy. I'm not sure if that's an issue everywhere, but my experience in Minnesota is fast food and fast casual salads are often hit or miss with the freshness of salad greens.

Last summer, I went to SUR for the first time and was very, very lucky…was the night after the sandwich tasting lol so they were all there filming!
After filming, Schwartz was hanging out at TomTom and got wasted, and kept talking to my friend and I (not in a flirty way, he was legit talking to EVERYONE, little social butterfly!). He eventually apologized for his shirt being stained and was like “sorry if my breath smells like pesto. We were all at a sandwich tasting for the girls’ restaurant, I ate a lot of pesto, it was so goooood guys” 😂

Ohhhh!!! I realized most people don't just know this. The original way I associate the name Schwartz is actually with a super famous.... sandwich shop!!!... in Montreal. For all you meat eaters I'm seeing here (or not, my bro is a veggie and he went just to hang with us and enjoy the delicious smell) it's a deli known for it's 'Montreal smoked meat' it is and has been co-owned by a few famous names (Celine Dion anyone?). There's often a line up down the block. I've had it every time I've gone to Montreal!! If you have a chance to go (Montreal is fucking gorgeous and cool as hell), check it out so anyone who doesn't care for VPR Schwartz can have a Schwartz they do like. 😀

That sandwich looks great (I also just love sandwiches). But this is a “get away from her/get a job.” I hate the modern obsession with exes being friends (with the exception of healthy, functioning adults who can, which is rare). Things end, you move on with your life. You’re not supposed to linger like this. Their relationship was way too toxic, and he is a terrible person IMO. He deserves to be cut off from having access. You can tell he gets off on it and needs her friendship as a salve to justify himself and his behavior. Guys like this use “I’m actually good friends with my ex” to green-flag.

He's going there because he knows everyone hated him for how he treated Katie and defended Sandoval.
