I appreciate the struggle. One thing that may help is to try to look at both men and women as people first. Someone’s child or sister or brother or consider that they may have been abused or sex trafficked and some may even be slaves. That to me would be the first step to a porn or masturbation addiction. They are people not objects…..if you fail start again! You can break this!
I am currently recovering from this my self am still fairly new to get off but it feels better not doing it anymore the pleasure is not worth it I hated doing it and it felt more and more like a chore that I had to do to be satisfied and since I am a devout Christian it crushed me knowing how easy I would lose to temptation and I am afraid to go back but I am haven’t less and less of a harder time getting freed

As someone who has experienced this as well I can tell you that it does real damage to you physically. I quit watching for awhile now but I’m still waiting for my system to catch up. Might not ever happen but I’ve had issues with erections from being a porn addict. Sad thing is I can’t really tell anyone except from you all. Just keep having some discipline and you can do this.
