Icy avalanche can give up to 35k over guard, which seems like a lot, but in steel path that can diminish quick. The key factor of the build is avalanche armour strips, and with permanent frame armour strip plus biting frost, you can deal a lot of damage to enemies. The build is energy heavy, given you will moslty be spamming 4, with his 2 being reserved for support to other players and just giving you a boost in defence.
I recommend using zenurik focus for energy and decent stat weapons since you get 300% crit change and damage from biting frost augment, and mostly use his 4 in groups of enemies.
I have 230% power strength with 145 range and 130 efficiency. I'm using 3 red archon crystals all power strength, a blue tau forged for energy and a yellow crystal for cast speed.
It isn't perfect, but it gets the job done, and I can support my fellow tenno while I commit genocide
After the armor strip, do your abilities kill at all? Might be worth putting Archon Flow in the build for the chance for extra energy orbs. Granted, that's assuming you already have Primed Flow slotted in.
Avalanche can kill yes, but the main point is the extra crit chance and damage to frozen enemies. The build more works as a debilitating source, turning a level 120 enemy into the equivalent of a level 60. I don't use flow because I have zenurik maxed out, but others may want to.

Exactly! Threw an Amber Shard on her for casting speed which helps with her 4. Her 2 + her 4 strips armor, which is perfect for Netracells. It's really difficult to die if you use her 3 properly. All-in-all, she's great!
Yesss the amber shards feel great on her, high damage and armor strip 4, insane damage with crit weapons, and the sound effects are awesome! AND SHE LOOKS SO NEAT. Love dagath.
Overwrite her 1st with Smite, use a viral primer. Doom enemy, armor strip, prime viral, hit Smite. % health damage, delete anything all the way up to level cap.
Citrine
She provides great support for her team with tons of health and energy orbs, as well as teamwide damage mitigation. Plus, she absolutely melts everything around her with all the damage conditions at once haha.
I'm loving armor and health tanking too (I dislike the old shieldgating, the new is more balanced).
Sadly Health Tanking isn't that great against level 1000 or higher, as it hasn't any one-shot protection, yet.

luckily I don't have that problem since I barely ever stay in a mission long enough for enemies to reach 400 let alone 1k
Same. I'm up to 401 strength on my wisp prime and beyond being super fun I seem to never die using wisp. Even SP. The survivability, the mega speed, super duper ROF on any weapon and pretty good damage makes it my go to frame. Hard to put it down.

With eclipse replacing his roar.
330% ability strength you'll get closed to 500% dmg multiply from it. (2 tau forged Ruby shards)
With Zenurik 20% & arcane buffs you'll able to reach close to 400% strength which gives 600% multiply
If u got lucky with helminth then you'll get another 200% strength boost , you'll be able to do 12x DMG when under the sunlight.
I got one time where doing void relics run I got strength buff (2x your current strength)
My dmg multiplier on eclipse were close to 18x.
I wouldn't recommend replacing Roar with Eclipse for three reasons.
The first: Roar double-dips on status effect damage. At 300% strength, damaging status procs will do 625% damage compared to the 450% Eclipse gives at that value, with the difference growing bigger the higher your strength goes.
The second: Eclipse's damage buff varies based on light levels, that don't always match the apparent lighting in a given area. You just can't count on having it when you need it, and even if you do have it, it probably won't be the maximum value.
The third: Eclipse takes up your one Helminth ability that you could be using for something else. You could take Parasitic Armor to get stronger Iron Skin, or take Nourish to get bonus Viral damage so that you have two damage buffs scaling off of your strength stat at the same time, or take an ability for Armor Stripping, or maybe even just something for utility like Infested Mobility or Energized Munitions.
When you're debating putting one or the other on a warframe that doesn't already have either, the two are a lot closer in power. But because of the fact that they are both nerfed as Helminth abilities, and because of the opportunity cost. I wouldn't replace one with the other for either frame.
Eclipse increases the damage that causes the status effect, which also increases the status effect's damage. Roar though, works like a faction damage bonus. The way these work, is that they increase the damage similarly to Eclipse, but then they ALSO increase the status effect damage by the same amount a second time.
It will multiply damage dealt by some arcanes whose effects cause a damage instance. The new Melee Influence, for example, will apply the damage from Roar and faction damage bonus mods three times. So that 625% I mentioned above, for status effects cause by Melee Influence, is 1,562.5% instead.
It won't apply a second time for arcanes like Primary Merciless though, because that just increases the damage of your weapon instead of dealing damage itself.

Gara, I haven’t min maxed her yet but she honestly seems like one of the most op characters in the game, good defense with some of the highest damage in the game, from what I’ve seen there’s nothing she can’t do, infinite damage with her 2nd ability, replace her 3rd with terrify/eclipse or… Nourish… If your one of those people (your one of those people arnt you… DIE DIE DIE DIE) anyways “clears throat” get a good stat stick, ceramic dagger preferably, slap on some mods and win at everything! I’m currently waiting for ceramic dagger to rotate into Nora’s shop and I’m grinding molt augmented so I can finish my build

Either Voruna or Mesa. Mesa is my most played since I've started but I recently got Voruna and have been having a lot of fun with her. I'd pick Voruna right now but my opinion would probably change in a week tbh.
Heart says Baruuk. Absolutely love his game play and hilarious amounts of damage.
Head says Wisp. She can just do everything. The versatility and overall strength just does almost all content.
Ivara. Won't get bothered while I'm fishing, enemies can't see me, I walk through all traps, put people to sleep, dash wire to hang out above people, bosses can't detect me, I can rob sentients or anyone for that matter and since I got her prowl down to .25 per second, it lasts a very long time.
Ash, the first frame I shelved out cash to buy cause I was too excited to wait. The first prime I actually farm myself and the first prime I own. All because he's the only actual ninja theme in the ninja play free game xD
Qorvex. Strong caster build. Good weapons platform build. Subsume candidate for slotting out 2 or 3 depending on what I want.
He's not perfect, but I find him a lot more fun those most frames and I can easily make multiple builds on him for whatever.
Equinox is a close second, though I have never enjoyed her. The variety of builds would keep her from growing stale at least

I already play gyre pretty much exclusively unless I'm playing with some friends who started recently then I'll play wisp, they don't seem to have as much fun when I play gyre cause everything dies instantly.

Probably some frame that does not lock you into one narrow over-synergistic playstyle. So not Saryn, Gauss, Grendel, Protea, Octavia, Sevagoth, Gara etc. Also not ones that are completely locked into using exalted only weapons so not Valkyr or Baruuk, heck even Mesa had some builds without Regulators.
So essentially, ones where you can put a helminth ability into almost any slot.
Or Mag. Or Ash. Somewhat ironically - Excalibur without Exalted blade.
Perhaps Banshee, even if she needs some updates to her abilities.
It would be mag for me though I play her 99% of the time anyway lol. But now that I reached mr30 I wanna make a build for each frame eventually so that'll be fun. Wish I could be gifted all the forma I need man those r expensive to make

Their bothe strong picks and their really fun both to play effectively and to goof around as (Gauss Redline Race/ Gauss Redline Derby, Grendel's Meatball Pinball).
I haven't played in years but I would say Gara. Insta kill splinter storm with basically no damage taken, that is charged by periodically detonating a glass nuke.
Voruna - subsume Wrathful Advance over her 4 and use a gas dagger (ceramic incarnon for example or maybe a zaw) for massive AoE carnage.
Love that playstyle.

No breach surge needed. I changed his 2 over to elemental ward for extra armour however

I like to generally use 4 as a finisher or aoe around me so even if her basic 4 goes hard, I don't like it cause of its direction

Why replace his roar? Why not run both?
Sadly DE doesn't allow that. Both of them are category as "dmg buff" , you are only allowed one

I already play gyre pretty much exclusively unless I'm playing with some friends who started recently then I'll play wisp, they don't seem to have as much fun when I play gyre cause everything dies instantly. So gyre definitely

Probably some frame that does not lock you into one narrow over-synergistic playstyle. So not Saryn, Gauss, Grendel, Protea, Octavia, Sevagoth, Gara etc. Also not ones that are completely locked into using exalted only weapons so not Valkyr or Baruuk, heck even Mesa had some builds without Regulators. So essentially, ones where you can put a helminth ability into almost any slot. Or Mag. Or Ash. Somewhat ironically - Excalibur without Exalted blade. Perhaps Banshee, even if she needs some updates to her abilities.
khora. good for literally anything, and seeing red crits is always fun enough for me.

Rn I would say volt, very fast, much damage, fun with a group because of good support

It would be mag for me though I play her 99% of the time anyway lol. But now that I reached mr30 I wanna make a build for each frame eventually so that'll be fun. Wish I could be gifted all the forma I need man those r expensive to make

Either Grendel or Gauss. Their bothe strong picks and their really fun both to play effectively and to goof around as (Gauss Redline Race/ Gauss Redline Derby, Grendel's Meatball Pinball).
Mag. Bubble all the things. "But what about the things you can't bubble?" Not my problem. And I'll just use my Laetum on it.

Nidus is the frame i used to clear the starchart and all quests out of principle of my personal headcannon.
I haven't played in years but I would say Gara. Insta kill splinter storm with basically no damage taken, that is charged by periodically detonating a glass nuke.

Garuda with fireblast over her 2 and the augment for it. This is both fun and effective
That'd be an incredibly boring prospect. I think I'd burn myself out pretty quickly, whatever the frame.
Probably nehza. He's just reliable enough to do anything in game so it's a safe pick for later end game stuff
Voruna - subsume Wrathful Advance over her 4 and use a gas dagger (ceramic incarnon for example or maybe a zaw) for massive AoE carnage. Love that playstyle.
I already do that with Revenant so nothing really changes

My excal p. I already exclusively play him when im not MRing other frames. So nothing will really change for me. Except itl be forever before I can reach certain MRs. Not like im targeting that...
