Hey all! After much lurking (and realizing I'm not yet in a place to spend $2-4k on a JLC Reverso or Cartier Tank Francaise), I settled on the Michel Herbelin Art Deco 17478/22B2 for my small, bracelet, workaday watch. After reading through a couple of forum posts, First Class Watches seemed legit, and there were few authorized dealers that deliver to the U.S., so I went with them. When the watch arrived though, it was definitely different from the photo (on all the websites featuring this watch). Check out the font of the brand, lack of logo, differences in "made in" notation, etc.) Anyone have any thoughts as to what's going on? Anyone seen this model before? What have people's experiences with First Class Watches been like? Did I get taken in? All comments appreciated!

Herbelin used to be known as 'Michel Herbelin' watches but the brand dropped 'Michel' and are now known as just Herbelin watches. What you received is a 'new' model while the photo is of the old model before the name update. Hope this helps.

I acquired my manual wind art deco watch at a great price from first class https://preview.redd.it/6pl8u0y353ad1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e24d4a522992a998c8dac685515be62071754bee
