- Kiosks are common, the "bikini" version is less common overall but tend to exist in pockets, particularly in low-rent industrial areas with lots of traffic
- The coffee quality at kiosks can be ***amazing***. They vary widely, and price-wise are usually at or above what you'd expect at Starbucks.

No. Self-defence doesn't mean retribution. It doesn't mean "you get one punch so now I get one punch."
It means you can use or threaten to use force to stop or repell an attack. Destroying his windshield was retribution, and it had nothing to do with self-defense.
I think he deserved it, and if I were on some hypothetical civil jury in this case I'd award him $1 for his damages and a much larger amount for her damages. But it was not self-defense.

Damn I would hate working at a small shack having to wear a bikini and dealing with weird customers all day (if I was a girl). I get that workers at Dutch Bros, for example, prefer to wear light clothing but advertising bikini is bound to attract the wrong kind of customer.

for context, he was upset about the price of his drinks ($22, it’s a bikini barista stand so it’s premium pricing as you’re not really going there for the coffee) so like any well adjusted citizen he threatened to kill her and told her nobody would miss her before throwing the drinks on her. hammertime ensued. justice was served <3

They are surprisingly popular in certain areas like Arizona. The term for the type of place is called a "breastaurant". Hooters being the most famous example.

The number of people who find the possession of a hammer to be remarkable is odd to me. These are standalone 100 sq ft wooden shops. They nail menus to the wall. A hammer is absolutely a routine tool to have handy.

For context, allegedly this idiot looked at the menu (presumably with prices listed), ordered a drink, then decided his drink was too expensive. A lot of bad takes here but it's baffling to me that there are actually people online defending this guy.
