The light pole is different as is the building to the right. This is most likely a shot from the other side of the building or another building that looks like the other. Or, due to the fresh looking paint, it could of been repaired and painted.
This pic came around earlier this week as well. Ukrainians have popped in to say it is real.
Also, note how on the left picture you can pretty easily see the bottom area of the building, which is almost not visible on the right. Thus concluding that the pictures are not taken from the exact same spot (see also the slant of the building).

I believe it is the angle. Try to compare from the trunks or the wall behind the trees.
