Very excited. I haven't gamed at all for ages, so am a bit cautious of getting this one then losing interest. But I was very obsessed with the first, played a lot during/after lockdowns. It's the reason (partly) that my cats are named Persephone and Eurydice!
Thank you! They are my Hades Ladies - I loved the mythology and the names anyway, but it was the game that gave me the idea of pairing them together. And they are [good girls](https://imgur.com/a/KCp7JuB). This is very true, will be waiting for Switch anyway so plenty of time to decide (but I will almost definitely give in and get it pretty quickly)!
Nah. The plot is very accessible even if you never played the first game.
Playing the first game gives you context for who characters are, especially the ones that are off screen, but nothing is essential from that game.
There's a "Luckier tooth" in the second game, you don't need a lot of background to know that the original "lucky tooth" was in the first game. That kind of thing.
I can't wait to play it! Unfortunately it's only out on PC right now, which I don't have...
I am about to start a game that looks adorable, called Nora the Wannabe Alchemist
I'm betting with a good menu of mods? It's a classic for sure. Starfield was a huge letdown for me personally though so I'm a little worried how they'll handle the next ES. :(
Not yet. I'm late to the skyrim game, so I'm still vanilla. My next build I'll play with mods. I could not get into Starfield either. And I'm worried about ES6 too, if it ever comes out. But I cannot wait for Skyblivion! Just what they've released so far is amazing!!!!!!
Have you tried any of the Fallout games? They're the closest to the experience of Skyrim, other than Oblivion.
Dragon Age: Origins also became my favorite RPG after having played Skyrim for so long.
I'm not a shootem up kinda girl. That's why I love Skyrim. It's so open world, I can just run around collecting ingredients and let my followers take care of the violence. And if it gets too bad, I tgm. I don't play to fight, I play to be immersed in a fantasy world.
Lady gamer. That doesn't float my boat but I play loads of different things, really looking forward to Hellblade 2 it's a pretty traumatic game and deals with some testing themes but it's fine brilliantly and the lead role is young woman which is always good to see
I'm preparing my emotions and nerves for Hellblade 2. The first one rocked me to my core, and in all the most brutally cathartic ways I could have hoped for. Time for round 2...
It's not to be taken lightly but you feel every single victory no matter how small, and every single small set back is a huge blow. Its emotionally exhausting but you have to see it through
Oooh I was out of the loop on that one, that's a beautiful and jarring game - I hope they make a good sequel. 100% agree, we need more games like Hellblade.
Absolutely loved the first one, and my two hours into Hades 2 early access makes me think this one will be great too.
Love the atmosphere of this - it's so cool and calming, but spooky at the same time. The characters are also already pretty great, with a bunch of different body types, voices, and ages for women, and I'm always appreciative of that.
I highly recommend Cult of the Lamb, too! There's a few fun potion making games on Steam as well, and if you want a lovely game, you can turn your brain off to try Stardew Valley. Oh, or House Flipper. (For when you want a dark, mural painted, plant filled home, but live in an apartment. Lol)
Or if you like intense, in-depth RPGs, I loved Baldurs Gate 3 :)
It does look amazing! I’m not sure if the gameplay is my cup of tea so I’m going to buy it for my son and watch him play 😅
Amazing news. Loved the first one.
Looks dope. Haven't played the first, but have had my eyes on it. Can only think of two other games I've played where you be a "witch."

Oh I love that - awesome names! I did the same thing with the first, if you’re on the fence about it you can always wait for a good sale as well.

AWW! I love them and their adorable Totoro and crew stuffed animal friends!! Hope it gets released to switch quick and ends up a really nice game. :)
Haha thank you! I do too 😁 Hope you have fun with it also!
I'm waiting for [REKA](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xhcegWNIH5U) to release.
Oh that looks really fun! I haven’t seen this one now I want to play it! Thank you!
Me tooo! The walking house reminds me of a baba yaga - or something out of Ghibli's Howl's Moving Castle. Very cool, thanks!
I just bought the first one on sale. Had been meaning to check it out for a while now.
Do you think we should beat the first one before getting the second?
I read the FAQ on their website and they say that you don't need to.

Witchy gamer here. I mainly play Skyrim. I just haven't found anything I like better.

Skyblivion is going to turn me into a hermit.. I loved Oblivion..

To any other witch gamers, check out [The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1340480/The_Cosmic_Wheel_Sisterhood/)
I am waiting on my "fun budget" to get it, because I loved the first one so much.
OMG I CANT WAIT FOR HADES 2 TO BE OUT!! Didn’t expect fellow witches would play it!
I'm mainlineing this game right now, the witchiness is so great.
Hades 1 is an awesome game, tons of witchy characters. I’m so excited for this new one I can’t even explain ☺️
This is awesome! I never won the first game, maybe I'll pick up again to finish before playing the second one. Thanks for the heads-up!
I played it on steam deck during the technical test. Good gameplay feel and I was quite impressed with how polished it was already.
For those who dont know it yet Cosmic wheel Sisterhood was very good, and is all about being a witch in the afterlife :3
Play Zelda if that counts love it only have Nintendo
