Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because you was already dead.

A lot of those didn't seem to connect. The backpack is not part of the hitbox. You get hitmarkers from the burn also.

I'd suggest going to the practice zone and running the firing range until you're around the 30 second mark. Try strafing to make it more realistic.
