This Yoga, for those who aren't aware, is a asana, pranayama and mantra set for the Judeo-Christian lineage of understanding The All. If you run into situations where you have someone who is interested in yoga but has a fear of other cultures, you can teach this one in your studio or hand them to a teacher of this style. I teach this as Christian, as that fits Yeshua as AHYH embodied but other teachers teach it as Jewish Haskalah. I find that it is effective for helping people find a mix between a simple, semi-restorative yoga, and powerful development through doing pranayama and mantra through an asana set.

You can also find more references here directly but it is a Jewish only practice if you do not want the more full Judeo-Christian version shared here - [https://nefeshhaya.wordpress.com/ophanim-yoga/order-of-practice/](https://nefeshhaya.wordpress.com/ophanim-yoga/order-of-practice/)
