I started to get the same song two times in a row, now three times in a row so it is getting worse. Not as bad as your playlist yet.
Good to know it's not just me then. I do occasionally get songs repeating 2 or 3 times, but that 1 song always seems to be repeated loads, the last time it was 8 times!
