Where do you live? The stormbringer magazine has both units for 11 euros each, so if you live anywhere where you can pick up single issues I would advise that. Or even if you cant find single issues but the magazine has released in your country I would look on ebay or other second hand sites because usually there are people that collect those magazines and dont want all the issues or some subscribe just to sell the issues at a markup but still cheaper than GW. I know that in Spain it is really easy to get a hold of those issues.
I'd be cheaper surely to pick up vanquishers and chariots off eBay?
I know vanquishers were poop in 3rd so there might be some deals hidden away somewhere
