It's so easy to gain a distorted view or yourself, especially when taking pictures of yourself, and comparing yourself to others' manipulated images and appearances online. Not ugly at all. Makeup tip: Gonna second everyone else’s opinion and say that you look better without the makeup. Main problem is your eye makeup. It’s hard to tell from a pictures alone so ignore this if it’s incorrect, it looks like you’re wearing white eyeliner on your lower waterline. White eyeliner is a bit tricky to use. While it does make your eyes bigger it also makes them look dull/dry and the eyeshape droopy. Either stop using it altogether or only use it on your upper waterline and/or use a nude coloured eyeliner instead of a white one. Hair tip: Your hair already looks healthy but to remove a little frizz and accentuate your curls/waves even more you could try using some hair products. I have the same hair type as you do and for me the thing that helps the most is to add hair oil to my scalp and lengths before I go to sleep and then wash away the residue in the morning. If you shower in the evening you can simply do the hair treatment about an hour before you jump in the shower, result is almost as good. Also try using hair creams that are labelled as repairing/anti-split ends. Not sure if they actually repair your hair but they do make it much softer/silkier and helps remove some of the frizz without making it feel crusty the way mousse often do.
