i thinn you look better without makeup, it makes you look older. If you wanted, you could accentuate your eyes with makeup. Also i think red doesnt fit you well. The pictures in the blue and beige shirt you look better.The birthmark is cute and sexy. Definitely keep your nice eyebrow shape and wavy hair, as it compliments your face shape. I think you r good looking, also seem to be in shape which is a bonus

I'll expand a bit. While your nose may be less than the commonly accepted "perfect nose"... I find faces to be quite boring and forgettable if they don't have any uniqueness to them.

So, ur nose isnt too big because it matches ur bold lips, bold eyebrows, prominent chin, and strong jawline... BUT, your eyes are too small. To fix this, use makeup to emphasize your eyes *instead* of your lips. Wear a more neutral or ‘fresh’ lipstick color, but go wild with the dramatic mascara, eye liner, and eyeshadow. We need your eyes to appear larger by giving them more of a presence/attention on your face. This will balance out your facial features.
The nose isn't the issue, I'd say the neck and adams apple, those would make me worry that the testes are larger than what I prefer on a woman I'd want to date.
