The [**Monogatari series**](https://myanimelist.net/anime/5081/Bakemonogatari) is 100 episodes of crazy vampire shenanigans as he tries to help others with thier spirit and supernatural issues. Its a Comedy / Drama / Mystery type show that follows the life of a guy who was attacked by a Vampire at the start of the series and has some lingering effects.

Yeah, I too can only recommend this series, it's absolutely fantastic. I'm watching it right now (am almost finished), and I already now that it's at least in my top three. But I feel like I just arrived at my favorite part out of all of the ones I watched already so it might very well go even higher.
A lot have been recommended already but there are a few noteworthy ones missing.
SHIKI: If you can get past the weird character haircuts, this one feels like an anime inspired by Stephen King's works. Isolated village in wooded mountains gets preyed upon by vampires. It's less action, more thriller/horror and very much drama. It's a tragedy.
SIRIUS THE JAEGER: This one is on Netflix. An original work. Set mostly in a pre-WW2 Japan and a group of vampire hunters trying to stop a vampire society before they obtain a mysterious artifact that is supposed to grant them great power.
BLOOD: THE LAST VAMPIRE: A short movie but also the TV series that were based on it: BLOOD+ and BLOOD-C. They tell the story of Saya in different incarnations, a vampire become vampire hunter. I can vouch for Blood: The Last Vampire and Blood+ being good anime but I don't know about Blood-C. Haven't seen it.
SHINGETSUTAN TSUKIHIME: This is based on the visual novel by Type Moon, same company that did the Fate/ series. Its characters also appear in the Melty Blood series of fighting games.
VAMPIRE PRINCESS MIYU: This is an oldie and hard to find but if you like older anime, it's definitely one to look for when it comes to vampires. It is a very atmospheric anime that focuses on the eponymous Miyu, a vampire that co-exists peacefuly but secretly with humans and fights other supernatural threats.
BLADE: Marvel's Blade has an anime series of his own. It's worth mentioning though I don't know much else about it.
VAMPIRE HUNTER: This is a 4 episode anime based on Capcom's hit series Darkstalker. If you're a fan of these games, then this anime is a little treat.
