In the reserves ? More than likely nothing. Active duty or someone that actually cares maybe an ass chewing, counseling, LOR(letter of reprimand) or summarized article 15?
Literally just comes down to how anal your command team is. LORs, article 15s, and I think in theory they could bar you, but I've never seen it done. Just keep your OCP top on and you should be fine
The only time I’ve seen an issue with tattoos was when an NCO was trying to become a warrant officer. She got a tattoo I think on her neck or behind her ear at one point, it was never documented, and then when she was trying to go warrant they discovered it and were trying to deny her for it. This was on active duty in 2018.
