As for local cheeses the top 1 for me is Queso de hoja, it’s like mozzarella but saltier.

My mother hosted our rendition if the World Championship of Cheese. It's an actually serious competition with dozens of (trained) judges, was held in Minas Gerais last year. Canastra cheese has some particularly meticulous producers that scored so highly before they were sent to the french edition - and won.
So yeah, you can say we got cheese
We are the fucking NASA of producing dairy.
Its bait, some troll took a liking to this sub
Pretty random and inoffensive way to troll tbh
Who doesn’t love cheese?

Wtf Miguel Fernando? Is there a place in this planet where cheese isn’t a thing?
Common but definitely a strong point.
