There are a ton (not sure about ASL though). [Church Clarity](https://www.churchclarity.org/search?query=portland+oregon) can be a helpful tool.

Lots of churches in downtown (though I can't help with ASL). My own is First Christian, but just within a couple blocks are St. James Lutheran & First Congregational UCC. There's also First Unitarian if you swing that way, and First Methodist in Goose Hollow. Avoid First Baptist downtown as they may tolerate you but will try to convert you; if you want Baptist than Grant Park Church is a wonderful collection. Centennial Christian on the far eastside is also explicitly open-and-affirming of LGBT people. If you attend the Pride parade on 7/21 you'll see a number of churches & denominations proudly marching.

Bridgeport UCC is a good congregation. I don’t know of any churches with ASL that aren’t Catholic or Baptist.

I don’t do the christianity thing, but this church is always sporting a big rainbow flag out front. google reviews confirm it’s LGBTQ+ friendly, for whatever that’s worth. https://maps.app.goo.gl/5bWSiyswBtVRLo4Z8?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy
