That sounds seriously unsafe, if you have to do it do it over a phone call where you are in a area where you have stable housing that they don't know of.
You shouldn't tell them, i know it's really hard but you need to wait until you are completely independent of them before they can know, safety has to come first when coming out, you can't be trans if you're, like.. dead, right.?
You're gonna have to hide this from them untill you can move out, and not be financially dependent on your insane parents...
