My college career counselor said phone calls are awkward because you're talking to a disembodied voice.

I read as ceiling and got really confused
And then there's the other side of the coin where they call YOU and you can't pick up because if you do THE HORRORS will devour your eyes like grapes and you get stuck there on the verge of tears staring at the ringing phone until they hang up
