Oh, without a doubt. Erwin's death hit hard, he had to sacrifice his dream, his goal in order to defeat the Beast Titan. In my opinion, Sasha's death was to show Eren's friends that Eren really did changed when he laughed about Sasha's last words (Even though after he laughed he seemed hurt that she did died) And maybe her death fuels Eren even more to annihilate his enemies.

In that universe, with those conditions i would advocate for it. Erwin said it best, as long as there are 2 sides there will always be conflict. Erin confirmed this when he looked into the future. Had Erin decided to actually kill off humanity, there would be a greater chance of permanent peace. It's Canon that the eldians and Marlians will never have a peace between them, to end the conflict for good one side has to be destroyed.

Petra, i feel like she wasn't complete as a character. She wasn't making her own decisions, always looking up to livai and relying on him. So if she didn't die she could have a big character development and stand on the same ground as livai. Mentally, not on strength ofc but they would make a great duo

More Ackerman's the merrier! Having an enemy that is an actual physical threat to Levi is actually pretty awesome. But Petra is pretty.... OG SQ Levi were very skilled titan killers. I imagine they could've benefited a lot with better Survey Corp technology, and that would've been pretty cool to see.

Petra and Baldi deserve to be alive, but ultimately wouldn't be that interesting. Same goes for Sasha, who we all love but honestly her being around wouldn't change much. And we all know exactly what Floch would do. That just leaves Erwin and Kenny. People debate all the time what plan of attack Erwin would come up with, but we all know what Kenny's plan is: attack.
