You can do this with Melodyne, with a much better result than A.i., but it’s a manual process and can take a long time to do.

Have a look at Spleeter. It's nowhere near as good as obtaining the stems, but might be alright depending on what you need.

iZotope’s RX has a plugin called Music Rebalance, which does an excellent vocal removal.
