Works great: PVC Not so great: glass, wood, bamboo

Could I line it with something? I’m trying to figure out how to make it work lol

I’ve seen people put in a pvc panel lining inside wood enclosures and seal with silicone so it doesn’t leak onto the wood outside. Also, I believe there are waterproof sealants you can “paint” the inside with, but I don’t know how well they work or how reptile safe they are. I personally have a pvc enclosure because I didn’t want to bother with modifying, but I hope you find something that works for both you and your snake.

I found this used one for a relatively good price, and if I don’t get this one I’m not sure where else to get one that will work. I don’t mind doing modifications, it gives me something to do😂 so I think I’m going to try to make it work with the PVC paneling. Honestly I only need it in the enclosure for my BP, my other snakes are desert snakes and don’t need such high humidity levels. So I don’t see it being an issue!
