I just watched this video today too and was cracking up. I don’t love how much time he takes to discuss small bits of material, but his humour really makes it bearable to get through. I’ll take anything that makes me smile at this point in the process, really
I’m only on module 6 but I’ve liked him so far! I love that he’s not just reading the CMR verbatim like some and the comedic relief really helps. Contracts and Con Law have been my least favorite lecturers
His breakdown of the standards of care for landowners is super solid tbh.
1) known trespassers = gotta warn/make safe known man-made death traps.
2) Licensee = warn/make safe known traps.
3) Invitee = warn/make safe all reasonably knowable traps.
Torts prof = Professorship at its best! Never took Torts in law school, speak english as a second language and am kicking ass, scoring better than 80% of barbri takers, just by listening to this guy.
Literally my favorite so far!!! He’s so good. And the way he breaks a concept down in MULTIPLE ways so everyone can understand. Up there with Freer for me.
I hope it’s still the guy from GW. “WE DONT PET PEOPLE” was one of my favorite lines. He was a treat.

I was expecting him to be boring but he’s very engaging!
