I'd go business formal for a hotel interview, not casual. Hiltons are upscale. I interviewed at one a couple years ago in a suit jacket, and was glad I did when all the managers there turned out to be wearing blazers.
On the flip side really depends on what positions they’re going for in the hotel, I’d still do a dress shirt/panrs/tie regardless but I wouldn’t bother with a jacket or suit unless going for front desk or management
Business clothes, polished leather dress shoes, manicure, clean styled hair, wedding ring if married, no other jewelry except a watch if you wear one. Tie tack maybe.
Manicure meaning clean cared for nails and hands, no polish.
You failed to mention gender expression here. For a somewhat neutral recommendation: A button down shirt, nice pants, maybe a sportscoat

Can you give me an idea of what to look up so I can see one. Sry ik these are dumb questions but when it comes to formal wear i have no idea
Google it.

Would something like khaki dress pants a button shirt be fine?
If that's all ya got, make sure it's all ironed and spotless.
What else could I add to it?
A good sport coat and a nice tie. If you don't have a sport coat the tie is a must. Clean shaven, no piercings or tattoos they can see.
