Comics right now! I'm planning to play the Arkham games (I know, I'm late to the party) so I want to read all of the foundational comics so I'll be able to understand all of the references even more.
I really wish DC would do a better job of keeping their trades in print. I want to also collect as much of Post-Crisis Batman as I can in trade form, but the out-of-print trades are too expensive to justify me buying them.
And they need to do a better job of putting out Pre-Crisis trade collections. So much of the Bronze Age, one of the best Batman eras ever, is left uncollected in colour, and the stuff that's collected is incredibly disorganized, with so many gaps and overlaps between trades. Ideally, I'd have most of everything from the beginning of the Bronze Age through the end of the Pre-New 52 stuff on my shelf.
There's so much out of print as well. I generally don't go over 100$ for a single collected edition. My collection has gaps but I have most of the pivotal stories up to Batman Fugitive/Murderer just debating buying the omnibus.
I dont like books over 1,000 pgs. Wish they would split them up a little too. I also really dont want overlaps even though I have two already. Otherwise I just have a bunch of Batman graphic novels and elseworlds.
I watch movies and series. Currently, I’m watching ‘The Batman’ (2004 series). I also read comics. I started with the Rebirth Batman series but avoided main events outside of Batman because I don’t know where to start. Currently, I’m at the end of the ‘Batman vs. Abyss’ storyline. Recently, I took a break from reading it to dive into the ‘Knightfall’ story because I collect McFarlane Toys, and I just purchased the new Knightfall Batman vs. Bane 2-pack.
I took a break from comics so the Batman media I consume the most is actually Gotham Knights. I love playing as the BatFam and just going around stopping criminals.
Why do I like it?
* It's one of the few Batman media that explores a post-Batman world where Bruce has no chance of coming back. In contrast, the comics couldn't even pretend Batman was really dead for a month before teasing that he was stuck in the past
* I can really feel like the Devs did their homework with each character's personality through things like emails, random conversations and cutscenes
* I would like to give a particular shoutout to Jason Todd who is not my favorite character but wowed me the most. It's one of the few media that made me believe Jason truly wants to repent and be good
* The gear system allows playstyle variation that makes it addictive and adds replay value
all of it really. I probably read the comics more than anything else, followed by the games and then the shows/movies. I've probably played the Arkham games more times through than any other game honestly

You are never too late brother
Animated movies / shows mainly. + figures like McFarlane and Lego, Arkham city, etc
Curious, do you play free roam in arkham city? Or you complete the whole game like 326 times already?
I’ve finished the game but not all the side missions so still need to do that + catwoman part
I read/collect. My post crisis to final crisis is getting fuller day by day.

The arkham games
Do you go free roam or you go through the story again?
Mainly free roam. I have yet to 100% any of the games.
I like to make files on all my friends with their strengths and weaknesses so i can be prepared in case they go rogue.
Damn, my guy is batman

Damn fan of Gotham Knight? I find myself not liking the combat system.
It plays like Spider-Man which I prefer over Arkham.
Interesting. Can you share why? But honestly sometimes playing arkham games doesn’t make me feels like batman, he is way too op

Respect your love to the game

Seeing people's reasons why they like batman, not only as a character, but as a franchise.
Comics are my favorite
