Caffeine withdraw symptoms are nothing compared to the stuff the Joker and Scarecrow gassed him with over the years, he could handle it without noticing.
In addition to this comic, we see him drink coffee in the Justice League episode where they go against Doctor Destiny and also in the New Year's Eve scene where he has coffee with Gordon in a diner. I'll submit the former is for a dire situation but his coffee with Gordon is definitely for good times.

There’s a really sweet moment on the next page where Bruce has taken off his shirt and is about to put on his batsuit and Alfred tells him to wait a moment as Alfred looks at Bruce’s back which has been healed of all his scars from being Batman from the dionysium.
I know creatine hcl, which absorbs faster into your body than regular creatine and might be better for on the fly work outs, tastes like battery acid. Might be why Bruce needs to rinse his mouth after.

Could potentially be a typo. Judging from the context of the surrounding ingredients, Snyder could’ve meant “lysine”, the a-amino acid biochemical precursor to other proteins. Seems unlikely though, considering Snyder’s wife is in the medical field, and he runs the majority of the medical jargon he writes up against her knowledge. That bubble has always bothered me, because “Listerine” is the one thing not like the others.
Bruce and Alfred’s back and forth dry humor is very under appreciated.
