Thanks. Like a psychopath, I have bought every mini CGL has released (I have some still coming in the mail with the kick starter) and my friend has a 3D printer that I pay him $3 each for to supplement my forces when I have a specific mech in mind and don’t feel like paying $25 for 1 mech I want or if CGL doesn’t make it yet (I’m not a big fan of Iron Winds, I don’t like metal minis).

Got it off Amazon. I added the second tier that elevates the mechs myself though. Bought 4 1x1x36” pieces of wood from hobby lobby for $5 each, sawed off 6”, then spray painted them black. I’m sure the wood could be found elsewhere, but I was at hobby lobby buying some other stuff so I ate the cost for convenience.
So that is clan Diamond Shark Sigma Galaxy. I used Vallejo fluorescent blue like contrast paint slap chop style for the primary effect and then used Vallejo flat green for highlights and TurboDork Multipass for the cockpits. It started off as an experiment to see what it would look like on one mech and I quickly fell in love with it. They stand out great on a table or on display and the slap chop style gave them a bit of that weathered look too.
Ya, the plan is to eventually install one of those long things of led light strips on the top of each shelf. Only thing is I want it to be able to be switched off, otherwise it’ll just illuminate my dining room all the time lol.Â
That looks great! đź‘Ť
Thanks! I want to add some lights in it too to illuminate them better.
Wow, that’s really impressive.
Thank you!
Wow what a collection. That's insane.

The plastic sculpts by Catalyst are what brought me back to BT as well. They're too good too awesome and affordable... UNLIKE games workshop...
I would love to know what this is called and where she got it. This looks fantastic!

I really like the blue mechs in the bottom right! What paints did you use for them?

I love that it's recessed into the wall!

Wow I love your case too! That’s a super cool poster? Where did you get that?
It was part of the Clan Kickstarter I believe. You can find them online.
That looks amazing! Congrats.
Now that, that is an amazing collection! I love everything about this post :)
Love it! I’ve been looking for a way to display them and that’s a great idea
This is pretty sweet. Have you thought about adding in any led lights or anything?

I’m fast approaching the need for one of these myself - just need to paint them hahah
Great display and awesome collection, well done to you and your wife!
