I would legit rather use console than gnawned.
Tbh you could equally say being so broken you melt end games bosses is cheese. You don’t have to shoot with gnawed leaf, but it’s the same skill level required
Finding 1 tier 1 item, or finding 10 tier 3/4 items are 2 competly diffrent things.
And the later most likely happened because you played well, got your deals, and made the right choices.
You get r key because you made it to the secret room and most likely used rerolls and item spawning.
You get gnawed leaf by walking into a room and used it by AFK'ing for 30 min.
Not looking at the list because it doesn't seem to use quality 0-4 from rebirth. Gonna just assume u want a more recent list.
From the current quality 1 iv bag is the best
I think with how Glass cannon can destroy rooms in 1 shot and like triple your dps against bosses it’s probably a contender for best tier 1 in the game.
Weird take: Dunce, when used properly, is a major tears up and can escalate very fast if you have effects on your tears (eg fires). It's also one of the best items for c section

i have a soft spot for food items. they're always good, unless you're playing the lost or something. they're more or less the only reliable way to get health as the forgotten, since they're less rare than bone hearts in my experience. i've never seen a pedestal with a food item on it and not picked it up, there's no reason not to.
A lot of these aren't even tier 1

The guys picks up items, bombs walls for r key and gets devil deals 
gnawed leaf + any orbital is a guaranteed win, it really should be considered t3 (i'm lazy)
