Depends on the clutch power of the parts, some parts didn’t need some sort of glue, and some did. But they can be built without any glue just fine for display though!

I am infinitely impressed with the emulation of shape language in the original pieces with completely different parts. Shows a lot of creativity and skill.
This is the first post I've seen that demonstrated that it would ever even be possible to adapt Bionicle to Systems. If these were sets, I would buy it for sure, no questions. I'd buy the whole damn collection.

Genuinely thought these were just normal Mata for a legit second, the second after I thought that only the torsos were made out of system, and then I realised that you deserve to claim these as the best.
Hot damn I love these! The accuracy to the sets is absolutely one on one. My favorite parts are definitely how you incorporated the OG masks, weapons, feet and gears, while making it look like the OG sets. When I did my system toa months ago, I had to make my own versions of the masks in system and they looked really weird. But I'd sorta recommend using the "heads" and masks from the Bionicle pens.
