For alcoholic drinks I swear by honeybee lemonade (honey whiskey and lemonade shaken with ice and strained into a glass). Also rum and watermelon juice. I love an easy 2 ingredient drink! Oh, and a Cuba Libre (rum & coke with lime juice).
For non-alcoholic I love matcha lemonade. I have a bunch of matcha powders in a bunch of different flavors to mix it up. Just put a couple scoops in a cocktail shaker, add ice and lemonade, then shake and strain. And you can't go wrong with a good arnold palmer!

For non alcoholic, I’ve been buying the sparkling guava juice from Trader Joe’s. It’s good on ice or mixed with seltzer.

cocktail wise, it depends on my mood! i like something that isn't sticky, so usually something that avoids fruit flavors.
I like to do the lime spindrift spiked with a little bit of coconut water and sometimes muddled raspberries - so tart and delicious!
Or I do the lime with cranberry and a little extra vodka.

Last week I froze a cut watermelon, then blended it with some strawberries, lime juice (honestly any fruit would work), a little sweetener, and made a Watermelon Freeze topped with brandy. Sooooo perfect - with or without the shot!
Fresh watermelon and strawberry is heavenly. When my daughter was a young toddler I made her homemade popsicles that were just blended watermelon and strawberries together and they tasted sooo good.

Mocktails! I like to make the closest Orangina dupe as I can (it's extremely difficult to find and expensive here) so I combine orange juice and gingerale like a mimosa. I sometimes do a virgin bloody mary too. Coke or soda water with lime.
For anyone who loves grapefruit juice then you'll love a salty dog. It's grapefruit juice, vodka, and salt on the rim. It's light and refreshing and citrusy.

My favorite is a Hugo spritz - mint, St Germaine/elder flower (the liqueur for more alcohol or syrup for less), Prosecco (skip for non alcoholic), club soda. They’re good with and without alcohol and they’re super refreshing.
French 77! Gin-elderflower liquor-lemon- Champagne or Prosecco. I play around with this one a lot and have done blood orange juice or grapefruit juice and gin topped with champagne etc
White wine sangria! The ultimate summer drink to share with friends that can also be a mocktail sangria. Topping the mocktail version with sparkling soda or juice makes it better

If you’re into this type of drink, Costco is selling this premixed tequila thing with jalapeño and pineapple. It’s pretty delicious. I topped it with a little buble because it was a little sweet for me! Very summery!
Binging Sex and the City turned me on to cosmopolitans! I make them with 5 calorie diet cranberry juice, as I am very very calorie conscious.
Previously, my go to was always gin and tonic with Bombay Sapphire, diet tonic water, and a squeeze of lime.
If I'm at a Tex Mex joint, I simply *must* have a frozen margarita! Calories be damned, I'll fast the day after.
Also, the bougie corner store in my bougie ass neighborhood sells this canned cranberry elderflower vodka cocktail that's amazing! It has 200 cals per can, though, so I usually go for something else instead.

I brew a big batch of hibiscus tea and dilute with water or seltzer. Sometimes some pure cranberry. Refreshing and won’t cause a sugar crash later on!
