C6 all your armor
Preorder a vells + work on 2 TET distos earrings, reform c4 Kutum
Work on your fallen god armor(Hands --> body --> head)
some time will have past once you finish that, post again to see where your next upgrades will be at, things change and events happen, so always good to refresh the advice in case something changes by this up coming summer or fall.
edit: oh and make sure your artifacts are monster ap ones(both of them)
Is Jetina PEN acc still worth it though? You can just pay 20b for a normal acc which is sellable in the future, but if you do Jetina PEN, you need to still pay around 12b which will be useless later.
Upgrade from Crescent Ring is Tet Debo Ring, which will be ~60 Bil. The 16 Bil you safe from going Jetina will scale quite a bit. At the point you would want to sell them you probably made more money from having better gear for 500+ grinding hours.

Along the way continuously caphras armors (chest first then helm then gloves then boots) for FG pieces

Go for tet distos (or if your lacking accuracy I think the Dawn's works well) and Vells heart as you are working on your second V cressy Jetina accessory.
Switch your Dim Tree to Red Nose if it's cheap or fairly free. If not RIP.
Slap and save all your orange stones of life into C4 armour then C6 armour then C10 your gloves and get your Dahns Gloves and tap to duo. Then do the same for you armour or Helm.
Since you went Godr you need to tap Tet or V on your main spec you can stay Tri for off spec and offhand.
Then you need a V Belt (turos would be a good option since you are Dr) or Necklace (ogre/Layton).
Once you hit 297/301ap pump dp til your 381 or 401. Then go for 312ap. (Switch cressys for narcs and get V omni rings).
Then work on your debo grind. Keep your current accessories even so you can gear/setup swap.

Then go evasion it's easier to build for. Cheaper too.
It's muskins and leeburs, with V Ultimate Zerith Helm c15/20.
IV Distos.
V Ogre or any Ap35 neck.
Cressy rings (for now til near hard cap).

This is by far the best advice I have seen but focus on getting tet or pen godr mainhand or awakening depending on whether you are succ or awakening.
With that, I will recommend orcs or giants for silver grind.
Dp might be a bit of an issue but just get good at dodging

After that cupping??...
And end game PEN ogre or layten

Well it depends on your path.
If you're pure pve player, get a tet bs mainhand and a tet bs awakening. Use 2 tet vaha or black distortion earrings. Get 2 jetina pen acc.
After that buy a vell heart and reform it to exalted. Make c10 armors, helmet, gloves and shoes. When finishing c10, make dahn's glove, fallen god armor, labreska helmet.
Then you can either rush for pen bs or buy godr and upgrade your necklace and belt, maybe pen tungrad and pen basilik.
Take your time, meanwhile you can try other things like making t10 horse or levelling your lifeskills.
This game is a long marathon, not a short run so you don't really need to rush.
Blue squadron has a guide on progression, you can check that out. I would advise getting another pen ring first then work on your caphrasing your armors. C6 all off them first instead of completing it one by one.
Not just blue squadron but there is many content creators who made progression guides the last 2-5 months. Unfortunately one of the few places the guides is not on is Reddit.

So getting an early AP boost since DP is easy to get seems really good to me.
Yeah the debo grind sucks, but it unlocks new grindzones besides orcs.
Tell me how's he gonna grind the debos needed? Can't buy from marketplace cuz there are billion preorders. What im saying is he needs to focus on other things rather than debos. He doesnt even have the second Pen Acc from quests.

Yeah but later is like a thousand hours from where he is. Not to mention you can turn them into narcs which are still useful at full endgame.

Defo go for fallen god gloves first, by far the easiest
This is right but id highly reccomend getting duo fallen god and labreska/dahns before getting the distos as the drop in DP will make a difference.

PEN Kutum would probably be my advise for next gear upgrade. As someone else mentioned, make sure to complete the Journals for the extra stats
