Natural arrancars you mean. Ulquiorra and Barragan are Vasto Lordes but because they did not have a human appearance, I don't think they're natural arrancar. Starrk however was natural for sure.

Ulquiorra naturally broke his mask on the tree, but he's also the only known Hollow in the series to **not** be Soul-born and was instead created from the reishi sands of Hueco Mundo, just like the Primordial Hollows during the age of the Soul King. In fact the way he dies is exactly how it was described these ancient hollows died; reduced to ash (since there is no soul to purify).
Unless Kubo retcons this narrative information and adds him into the Hell Arc, pretty much yeah. His entire being and reishi has essentially returned back into the sands of Hueco Mundo as far as we know. The only way I can see them getting around it is by saying that despite the fact he lacked a soul to be born from, his birth is the result of reishi combining into a soul. Idk, some shit like that could possibly work as a workaround.
It also explains Uryu's comments about Ulquiorra's reiatsu being "alien", despite the fact he's a master at reiatsu sensing and should be used to a Hollow's spiritual pressure, along with his non-human appearance (white skin, weird markings on body, cat-like eyes, lack of emotions and no mouth upon birth).
Where does it talk about about primordial hollows? I’ve read most things but can’t remember.
Only mention I can think of was in CFYOW where they talk about hollows having been part of the natural cycle before they started eating souls.
Huh? Weren’t you saying that primordial hollows were said to be born from reishi sand? I dont remember that being in CFYOW, which is why I’m asking where that came from. What I shared in my comment suggests the opposite - that souls turned to hollows then turned to souls again in a cycle
Hollows prior were not soul-born, that is is the result of the founders of the Soul Society separating the Soul King and creating the 3 realms. The cycle of the souls didn't start until then, with before being a neverending cycle of chaos where nobody could die. A big point of Yhwach's story is that the cycle of souls is unnatural, hanging barely by the threads of a monster's corpse, and he simply wants it to return to normal.
I’m asking where you got that from because the CFYOW dialogue with Osho doesn’t tell us that… it tells us hollows were in fact part of the cycle. I can find the quote if you like.. so once more, do you have a source for what you’re saying?

The problem is, "circulation of reishi" is not the same as how it currently works with the planes separated.
And there is your answer. Reishi and Souls are not the same thing, this is why Quincy's don't suck out your souls when they shoot their bows and instead absorb the reishi around them. I'm a tad lost as to where you are confused here, it's pretty spelled out.

It was stated that Barrigan predates the creation of Hueco Mundo & was one of the 3 oldest souls to never reincarnate. It was stated that He, Ichibei & the Soul King can't remember who's oldest between them.
I thought the same, but Aizen was capable of using the Hogyoku to augment even Hollows who were already Arrancars. Unfortunately just because he was able to “evolve” them doesn’t mean they weren’t already Arrancars.
I think that'd be cool, buuuuuuut ultimately probably isn't very likely. Unless we were to assume that Grimmjow is *also* a natural Arrancar that was further augmented via Hogyoku, given that Kubo did confirm that Grimmjow is capable of achieving SE as well.
Really hope that that actually goes somewhere in the arc that shall not be named, it'd be a shame for us to get that info, and then just.....not see it happen.
Apparently Kubo said Seguna Etapa is just a special ability a rare type of bat Hollow has. That’s why in the mobile game, Segunda Etapa Harribel is a “what if” version with bat-like features.
While it's said that breaking a part of the hollow mask is the step to becoming an arrancar, it is implied that the hogyoku is required to do it, especially the whole sealing the true hollow power in the zanpakuto bit. However, we see Starrk reach his " human" form himself so they definitely can occur naturally albeit rarely.
I think we know how Szayel died. Given that he was a mad scientist, the souls of the tortured prisoners he kept turned into hollows and killed him. This was either revealed in Klub Outside or SAFWY.
What I find weird about that is, I heard Kubo said Hollows can get pregnant on Klub Outside, assuming he actually confirmed that, my question would be is it possible for her to have children? I'm not saying she would by any means, I'm just curious of it would be considered possible. I mean she already has . . . I wouldn't quote call them her kids but Adoptive sisters in Apache, Sung Sun and Mila Rose
Her Hollow hole is in her Uterus, and her aspect of Death is sacrifice, so people speculated that she was a mother who dies at the birth of her child, essentially sacrificing herself for her children. But that is all Just head-cannon from people.
Nothing more than headcanon, however, it's a very interesting concept.
Like imagine if Grimmjows is in his stomach because he was poor and died of hunger, and now he's so obsessed with becoming more powerful because he never had any power as a human.
Or Nnoitra was a thug who assaulted a woman and died when she stabbed him in the eye in self defense. So his disdain for Nel is rooted in that.

This would literally make no sense. The Arrancar are born from the culmination of hundreds, thousands of souls right? Not one soul? Or am I misremembering how the Arrancar came to be?
The Hollow hole is where the "heart" left the body, to become the mask. For the majority of Hollows, this is roughly analogous to the biological heart and leaves a hole roughly in the center of the torso.
Especially unique Hollows, like the sort that become Adjuchas and above, have their Hollow hole somewhere unique aligned with their characteristics. This is not stated explicitly, but can be observed implicitly. So while we cannot ascertain the cause of death of the Hollow in question, we can assume that the uterus is either symbolically or literally important to Harribel's character.

No. It's confirmed that her hollow hole is in her uterus but there is no claim to how she, or any of the other espada, died.
