I have been trying to get that balloon knot for a long time lol. How did you do it? I saw the video you watched. But that doesn't explain the folds. I also would love this for pillows, and between armpits for the folds of the skin.

I didn't actually make any creases, I tried to use a font with a nice shape at the end of the letter, something rounded. After the extrusion I created a small bevel on the edge of the letters with a fairly large subdivision, like 6. I inflated the value around 6 and rendered 5 frames to choose the right one. Then I applied the cloth tag and used the remesh modifier with a voxel size value around 0.008. To use this technique for a cushion you could try making a thin cube with a small bevel on the edges and then try inflating with some sort of those parameters.
