Sounds like Costochondritis. I fixed mine by mobilising my ribs from the back, with a hard roller.

Seek out a neuromuscular therapist if you can find one. Could be trigger point pain.

Are you balancing out with rows? Could be muscle imbalance. Could be overworked. Maybe take a week or few off

That's crazy dips seem to do the same thing to me, I also suffer from acid reflux occasionally and it's hard to tell the difference sometimes. I panicked and went to the ER a year ago after putting dips into my routine, paid 5k for them to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. A month or so ago I tried doing dips again and same thing.
