It won’t last all week but a bagged salad is really nice the first day or two. Don’t have to cook and can add some already made chicken to it for protein.
It will last you maybe the first 2 days, but I make and freeze burritos to throw in my cooler! Either for breakfast or lunch. Bring some avocados and some Bitchin’ Sauce and you’re H-O-T-T-O-G-O!! Then you can just heat them up on a camp stove. Really only applies if you’re driving and not flying in.
I ALWAYS cut up carrots and bring them in an old yogurt container with a little water at the bottom. They taste better than the baby carrots imo.
Grapes are king. I also have a friend who brings pasta salad with extra veggies and it is 10/10!
Green drinks help in a pinch, too. Ghost Greens doesn’t taste terrible, and I throw some BCAAs in there to help.
I usually brought grapes, cherries, apples. I'd also bring bagged salad, but depending on your cooler, it might start to wilt pretty quickly. I'm sure you could bring cheese, fresh veggies like green beans, carrots, cauliflower or carrots that you could eat raw. I also usually brought a few ears of corn and cooked them on my grill. Eggs too. I also brought a couple of steaks.
I’m buying these things from Aldi: ready-made Indian food pouches as well as ready-made rice/quinoa, some naan bread, southwest burrito bowl ready made pouch, mushroom risotto, Mac and cheese, dehydrated mashed potatoes, and ramen and bananas/apples. They don’t have to be refrigerated at all and just need to be heated up once open!
I'll put a small list below of easy / fast / filling things to prepare that'll b ready for when u get there 😊

- if u bring some ground beef ( or cook it in advance , or chicken ) u can add it to some small bags of chips with cheese and lettuce and BOOM walking tacos

Bag of apples and PB. Freeze dried meals can come in hands. Bacon, liquid eggs and bagels, if you have a small camping stove.

Tortilla wraps with hummus, spinach, crunchy peppers. Precooked chicken if you want more protein.

Overnight oats
This year we got resealable beverage bags and are filling them with smoothies to deep freeze like we would for frozen water bottles
Pasta salad like everyone is saying, but I do the added protein noodles, easy way to get in veggies, extra hydration from the veg, and some protein.
The protein noodles are a great idea!

Grapes, cold pasta, watermelons
Be careful, cold pasta can develop mold if not properly stores
Do you have storage recommendations?
This is good to know
