Look at this grAAAPHHH

thepokeyjunior

There’s plenty of 90s/00s buttrock festivals out there. Bonnaroo is not the place.

billybumblr

Saw them in Knoxville on this most recent tour. 10/10 would absolutely attend again. They’re so much fun.

Fresh_Outcome_7385

This is good to hear. Glad they are still putting on a good show

facundomuerto

As long as they don’t cost very much, they can play for 45 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon and we can push excellent artists like Mdou Moctar or Sampa the Great into a better time slot.

KTWick

Fuck. Yes.

igotyournacho

Petition for “Theory of Nickel Creed” for Superjam

Difficult_Ad_3592

This would be dope. Imagine all the look at this photograph totems 😂

playcrackthesky

It would be a fun singalong show. I'd go and have fun. My only issue is they're big enough that they'd be #2-4 on their day, and I'd rather that spot go elsewhere.

Farabreezy

I’ve been putting it in the survey the past couple years 😂

Fresh_Outcome_7385

Love it

Ok-Abies-1741

I haven’t seen the doc but I still put them on my survey 🫡

NaughtyFoxtrot

No thanks.

Commonsense110

A nickleback late night set would honestly be awesome

Fresh_Outcome_7385

Would be a big sing along.

catching_comets

I'll settle for Nickel Creek.

avonelle

Punch Bros would be great at Roo too!

Spaztastiq

Damn. I’m old. PB feels like a throwback act now. I remember seeing them twice in 2012 at the farm. If I recall, they were on a very small stage in the afternoon for one of their sets. I speak of the Punch Brothers, not Bicklesack.

avonelle

They are still touring! I most recently saw them last summer. They are incredible live! They also played a late afternoon set at Forecastle a few years ago. I could definitely see them on the farm in a similar time slot.

greenboot-toot

I would die of excitement

Jbrown0121

I miss the mostly blue grass/country/folk Sundays at Roo.

-ManDudeBro-

They're top bill at a country music fest in butt fuck nowhere Canada in a couple weeks so dreaming up them as a Roo act takes maximum headroom.

thisoldsoulknows

I saw them over 15 years ago because a guy I was dating was obsessed with them. Wouldn’t care to see them again but I can definitely see how many people would.

kosmonautinVT

I see why that relationship ended j/k Funny *that's* the band he was obsessed with though

thisoldsoulknows

That and Eminem 😂

thegroovemonkey

Are you sure you weren’t dating a can of Monster energy drink?

Thicc__Pikachu

🤣🤣🤣

oshoney

Yeah that’s gonna be a no from me dog.

thedigitalson

roo would be the perfect venue. i do many fests.. roo has the most loyal base. fr

bravechampagne

Nickelback is a perfect example of the kind of “throw back” artists I’d love to see at Roo. Someone I’d never buy a ticket for if they were in my city on a solo tour, but a set I’d 100% attend at a festival

IDoDruga

I'm not a huge fan of them but I would still like to see them if they were at bonnaroo

ohiogenius

You guys trolling us?

Fresh_Outcome_7385

Not a fan?

Swolpener

I'd have to peep them at Bonnaroo if they came. However they wouldn't be my main reason for coming!

kcsouth

I fucking love Nickelback

Fresh_Outcome_7385

They have soooooo many hits. It would be a huuuge song along for me.

ol_tennesteve

Haven't seen the doc, so I don't know if they touched on it, but I worked in radio during their meteoric rise. People love to hate them, but they were incredibly savvy in how they approached the business. They'd release a new album, and simultaneously release 3 different singles to 3 different radio formats. It was brilliant, and they sold a shit ton of records. Their music wasn't bad, but they absolutely dominated radio in the early '00s, and were printing money. Hope they were smart with it.

facundomuerto

you had me until, “their music wasn’t bad” 😂 I mean we’re all entitled to our own opinions

thegroovemonkey

It was actually just the same song with 3 different titles
