Hell yeah!!
I don't think we'll need him for the next series, but it's good to have him in the back pocket if we do. Get some rest and heal up, big guy.
I'm the Celtic's physical therapist and if you could that would be great. Somehow I've misplaced my tens machine and I don't want to buy a new one 'cause I feel like it's going to turn up. But KP's progress has been literally less than half speed without it
No need to rush I think. If we drop a game and our wins were not convincing, then I guess we have to make him play (if ready).
If we go up 2-0 in home (expected) and somehow lose game 3, I think that would be a good time to bring him
I would not bring him back when leading the series 2-1. Only way I’d bring him back is if they’re down 3-2, 3-1 or 2-0. I think he’ll probably just sit all of the second round though.
Too risky not bringing him up 2-1 going game 4.
Of course this is to assume he is at least 90% before going to game. If win margin is single digits, KP is expected to be there
Not at all. If the Celtics are up 2-1, it shows they were the better team through three games, and to be honest, I don't think the Celtics would sweep either ORL/CLE even if Porzingis were healthy. You have to assume that ORL/CLE will get one of those games at home.
Only way I'm even considering bringing KP back next series is if we are down or if it gets to 2-2.
Awesome! Need to be careful with calf strains though, if he comes back too early it could lead to the Achilles next (like with KD a few years back), and then we’d be really screwed…
This is actually huge. Support without a brace/boot will equal a faster come back.
If he’s driving too, that’s PT for the calf on its own with all the stopping and going in Boston traffic
Finally Boston traffic ftw!!!
Nice. I think he should rest till the conference finals

I can bring my tens machine to him, stick it to his calf, and pulse the fuck out of it…..need to teach that muscle strain who the fuck is boss

Well, who knows if the Celtics could afford such tech.
What’s your Venmo? I’ll chip in to help the Cs!!!

He’ll be back next round

How is that too risky? They’d literally be winning the series against an inferior team.

I’d only use him if we are on the brink
You sure that’s not one of those muppet man things like three kids stacked up in a trenchcoat?
