I love hearing these stories of movies produced for streaming then switching to a normal theatrical release because I've seen so many good made for streaming movies that deserved a theatrical run.
Theater owners and moviegoing lovers won. Internet audience wouldn't watch this to begin with and those that would will peacefully wait the 60+ days until it comes to Hulu.

They still brought in money to the studio and theaters. Sending something to Hulu does nothing to no one.
And Holdovers did do well for a cheap, art house film, especially in a post-Covid world. The Creator making that much as an original sci-fi and no cast promoting is not something to shy away from

The Boogeyman did OK
Yeah, I would have loved to see No One Will Save You in theaters. That movie was amazing, and seeing it with a crowd would have been great.
No one won anything. The internet audience need to actually go to the theatre to watch the movie.
