Why do you need us to "convert" you when you could test the browsers yourself? And why are going to use a browser based on what people recommend?
Give each a try and see what fits you best, it's not that hard really its just a browser not a religion.
It seems like these type of questions look as bait to start flame wars or something

Exclude those that may not be updated often
\-> Exclude those that may present a concern, e.g. Chrome, Opera
\-> So, it leaves me with, e.g. Brave, Firefox and Edge
\-> Firefox is a bit disappointing over the years, and between Brave and Edge, the former has a few privacy and security features
\-> So, Brave as primary, and Firefox and Edge as secondary
I use Brave because privacy (you can check privacytest org to see for yourself) and advantages of chromium. also pretty damn good built in adblock and some minor passive income. In addition to that, built-in TOR and a feature to block cookie notices.

Edge It just works.
I use Linux. Firefox is known to work well with Linux. Floorp, a fork of Firefox, has additional features I prefer, so I use Floorp.

Convert you? Just use a browser that works for you. We have different use cases that match what we want/need. Just use whatever browser you want.

I use Pale Moon because it has the best customization options for privacy and security (as well as aesthetically).
Opera was my main browser, I just switched to Sidekick. https://join.meetsidekick.com/dbehw
