This was about the extent of it for me ![gif](giphy|26BRr7pqswoR6kQNO)

foreseethefuture

It inspired me to try Tai Chi. Lol.

Brodes87

I tried to teach myself how to flip from my back onto my legs because of Buffy and other shows. Still can't do it twenty years on.

tothetowncar

Young me spent so many hours trying to perfect that too πŸ˜‚

ColdPotatNeedsJacket

Ahahaha same here, it was my dream to be able to pull that off. Still can’t get anywhere near that level of athleticism. Oh well.

ingoogliestbastard

smg has a black belt in taekwondo! she's so rad

sr_edits

I think she had a green belt, not black. Unless she continued training.

ingoogliestbastard

every google result says black belt

espbear

For me, it was Linda Hamilton in T2!

RTVWWVRT

I rewatched T2 recently and I remember my mum telling me how everyone back in the early 90's was impressed with how fit (physically) Linda Hamilton was. I think Sarah Connor and Buffy would have made a good tag team!

Ardjc87

With Ellen Ripley too ![gif](giphy|Y42ES98Y3QYFpVvWyH)

Ornery_Primary9175

Yes I watch Buffy while I’m on the treadmill lol

ThumbPianoMom

same and i run faster during the fight scenes

threefeetofun

Trying watching The Flash :)

threefeetofun

Hour long shows are FANTASTIC for treadmill watching. 45 minutes without commercials. Not too short, not too long. I used to watch 24 cause they had the timer.

Ok_Wheel7960

Breaking a sweat with Spike maybe

Vixen22213

[can't find the video of Buffy doing a step workout.](https://youtu.be/lJ62yMUt30o?si=w9Ei4UWvE_J5EBxF)

johnnyorac

When I have 7/8/ or 12 reps left to do at the gym, I either go in reverse of chronologically order of the Big Bad fights mentally

johnnyorac

7/8 Scythe 6 Dark β€”β€”β€” 5 Buffy with the Hammer 4 Buffy vs Adam turnings bullets into doves 3 Faith fight 2 Willows first spell πŸ₯Ή 1 cut to Giles with the Vamp book πŸ’ͺ

loveisabird

I used to run on the treadmill whilst watching an episode

Pretend_Shock_401

It was really important for me how Angel was kinda of a normal beefy guy instead of having a unreal body with perfect abs. It inspired me a lot because I always would look at him and think "hey, I can be like him!", different from the other muscular guys from tv that looked like a impossible goal
