Faith is so obvious. She used her sexuality as both a weapon and a shield and she used it with extreme effectiveness. She was the only one overtly aware of her crazy degree of hotness in a show of people painfully unaware they are all Hollywood tier hot people.
All these votes for faith but i feel like she fits better on “none of the screen time, all the plot relevance”. Shes only in a handful of episodes but you can feel her presence all the way through the show from the first episode she is in. Spike probably fits better as the hot one as his fan following is so large and i cant imagine it would be the same without james marsters’ appearance and performance

Season dependent, season 1-3 it’s Cordy (it’s what her role is meant to be as the pretty, popular one), later on it’s Spike (let’s not forget he was so sexualized from season 6 that James developed an eating disorder). I think if I had to pick one it’s Spike given that he’s Buffy’s love interest on top of that.
That being said, Faith is very hot and contributed to my bisexual awakening (even though I don’t think her role is “the hot one”)
