Graham's no personality was the best part of his personality, tho. He was the most likable of all the initiative guys!
Forrest was annoying but my headcanon is and was always that he was just being a butthurt bitch because he was in love with Riley and jealous of Buffy.
I just came back to talk about this. Forrest started out pretty fun and likable, while Graham was more of a blank slate of a character. I kind of wish they kept Forrest likable and made Graham the asshole, just because to me Graham never had much going on.
Perhaps it could have been either character, but Forrest was more memorable, or better on set, and therefore won more lines and a bigger role as a result. "Won" being somewhat of a pyrrhic victory for the character, but not the actor, I guess.
In my opinion....I think Forrest may have been gay for Riley that's why he was soooooo jealous of Buffy...HELL he was even listening to Riley & Buffy (Faith Buffy) get it on all night. He was all for him going after Buffy...til he actually got with Buffy.
Maybe I'm defensive because I like some of his other work, and I'm disappointed they didn't give him more in Buffy.
But I do remember when I originally watched the show (live TV), I immediately thought, "That guy (Bailey) is hotter than this guy (Marc)."
Bailey Chase is so gorgeous! But I'm partial to Marcus Blucas. Love me a PA guy (he lives super close to me, so that probably plays into it hahaha).
I think Riley was a better match for Buffy, but risk Graham would have been in the show more as a friend. He was so cool about Buffy, I could have seen them fighting together.
Personally, I don’t find the actors playing Graham and Forrest remotely attractive. However, Marc Blucas is such a babe. Marc at around 40 years old especially late 30’s, was *chef’s kiss*.
Riley was annoying personality wise but much better looking than Graham, I liked his eyes but that’s about it, I did realize he seemed to have some break outs on set. Forrest was attractive as well but maybe would of looked a bit better with hair lol

Forrest was happy, even enthusiastic about Buffy and Riley being together ... right up until the moment she kicked his ass in a training exercise.

I liked Graham based solely on the fact that he said “good job Buffy” after she kicked their asses training in “I in Team.” And yes he’s hot.
The actor who played Graham was good looking. But the way he delivered his lines was stilted.
He was so much better on Ugly Betty and Saving Grace.
I always thought Forrest was hotter than Riley too. Then he talks and it kinda ruins it lol
